Sapphire Essentials stands behind every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. We cannot offer a refund on products purchased from a third-party website or retailer. Please go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Refunds will not be given for products that are defective due to personal damage or negligence. Please store your products at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of pets and children. Products damaged or lost during shipping will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We require a picture of the damaged product for verification.
